You really understand a company’s view on customer service, it when everything goes well, but when there’s a problem and they deal with it professionally and promptly. The product sold was very good. Some glue didn’t turn up. I mentioned this to them and they gave me options with an apology. I chose a refund over redelivery and the refund was in my account the next day. They were polite and I couldn’t have asked more. I must not miss reaffirming the fact that the wood was extremely good quality. Shop with confidence.
